LiverMan 100 is back for 2025! It's gonna be bigger and better than ever. We're mixing things up this year: new route and new format, same gnarly challenge, two options and an even bigger party!

We're capping this event at 50 people and it will fill up. Register now!

Presented by Happy Worm: LiverMan 100 is a first-of-its-kind off-road triathlon. Born out of a desire to craft a 'misogi' (a year defining challenge), LiverMan 100 is all about pushing boundaries in the gnarliest way. LiverMan is also a celebration of the gift of life and hopes to raise awareness of the power of organ donation. In 2024, we raised over $3,000 for the Chris Klug Foundation who's vision to eliminate the wait for transplantation.

LiverMan 100 is gnarly and it is wild. As an unsanctioned race, racers will need to be generally self-supported. We will have some aid stations with water and light snacks. There is no medical staff. No closed streets or paths. Racers must follow all road laws and be respectful of other people, cars, etc. LiverMan 100 is meant to be a positive, challenging celebration of life, health, and organ donation! Thanks in advance for your enthusiasm and cooperation.

FAQ

Where do I show up and what’s the route?

You’ll get the exact starting location and the full route once you register. It’s within a 45 minute drive from Denver. The race ends in a different location, also within 45 minutes of Denver, maybe an hour if there’s traffic.

If I don’t know the route, how do I know what I’m signing up for?

LiverMan 100 is an unsanctioned event, which is why we’re keeping the route on the down low. That being said, you can expect a mile swim in a small lake, an 83 mile bike ride on bike paths and quieter (mostly gravel) roads and about 2,500 ft of elevation gain, and ending with a 16 mile trail run with about 5,500 ft of elevation gain. Peak elevation on the course is about 8,500 ft.

Are there aid stations?

We will have an aid station about halfway through the bike and another at the end of the bike. Aid stations will be minimal. We’ll have water, electrolyte powders and bananas. Outside of that, you will need to bring any food or drink that you require for the event.

Is there medical staff?

No, there is no medical staff. This is an unsanctioned, mostly DIY event. You are ultimately responsible for your own safety during the event. We encourage you to train and prepare and if you cannot safely continue, drop out of the race.

What kind of bike do I need?

What do I get for signing up?

All racers will receive a 2025 LiverMan race shirt as well as a swag bag from our sponsors.

Where do registration fees go?

Registration cost is split with half going towards putting on the race and the other half benefiting the Chris Klug Foundation.

LiverMan 100 Waiver

Due to the gnarly nature of LiverMan 100, all participants are required to sign our Release and Waiver of Liability.
